have already enrolled by making their first payment.
Important Information for New
Clients:
- Please be sure to read your information package that
we mailed to you.
- It is very important to remember to monitor your
monthly statements to ensure you are receiving the appropriate
benefits.
- It is normal to receive calls from your creditors
after making your first payment. The Credit Network
will confirm that you are enrolled in the program. Refer
them to:

- If at all possible, we encourage you to pay your
creditors during the 30-day negotiation period.
- It is imperative that you call all of you creditors
or any companies serviced by these companies on the
program to have your due date adjusted to 15 days after
you due date with the program.
